EV charging 2021 to present

A national charging network, run from one backend

A charge-point operator needed a Charging Station Management System that could speak to every charger they installed, whichever manufacturer made it. We built the CSMS on OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1 with OCPI roaming, a driver app for finding and paying at chargers, and a maintenance app that turns charger faults into field work orders.

Healthcare US clinic group

Clinical software that had to pass a HIPAA audit

A clinic group wanted consultation notes transcribed as the doctor spoke, insurance authorisation requests generated from them, and a record of who touched every field. We built it as a set of microservices on AWS Transcribe and Comprehend Medical, with audit logging designed in from the first commit rather than added before the audit.

Fintech Earned-wage access

Paying people before payday, without losing a rupee

An earned-wage-access product lets employees draw against wages already worked. The hard part is not the app. It is deducting the right amount at payroll, reconciling it against what was advanced, and proving both to the employer's finance team. We built the deduction and reconciliation engine and migrated the existing billing history into it with zero variance.

Platform engineering

APIs, event pipelines and data models that survive scale and audits. Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, WebSockets.

Device and protocol integration

OCPP and OCPI for chargers, telemetry ingestion for fleets and plant, Twilio for voice, Stripe and payroll gateways for money.

Mobile apps

React Native and Expo apps for drivers, field technicians and patients. Five of ours are live on Google Play today.

Cloud, DevOps and cost

AWS architecture, Kubernetes with GitOps, CI/CD, monitoring and on-call. We also review bills: our last review took 30% off.

AI for operations

Speech-to-text, document extraction, retrieval over technical and compliance manuals, and fault prediction from equipment telemetry. Served on GPU infrastructure we tune ourselves.

Regulated domains

HIPAA-aligned healthcare, payroll and lending fintech, and public-sector procurement in India. We know what the auditor asks for.

VividSoft Tech Solutions is a software engineering firm in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, founded in 2014 by Harvinder Singh after two years on an e-governance programme for India's Ministry of Commerce. The firm has stayed small and senior on purpose. The people who scope your system are the people who build and run it.
